FireLake Crimson Trout Mpls

OK, reporting back on the new menu item, crimson trout at FireLake. It is
fantastic! Even though I asked for no salt and they put some on, it was a good
amount and the fish was melt in your mouth great. I also had a new dessert on the
menu, a peach cobbler with homemade strawberry-buttermilk ice cream. The dessert
came warm in its own little cast-iron pan, with the ice cream perched on top. My friend
from work who went with me had their 'Black N Blu' salad with steak and amablu
cheese, and said it was the best salad she's ever had - it was her first
time there.

  1. It sounds like they might be improving. I had a cobbler dessert in the cast iron pan which was badly burned and stuck to the pan.
