Pizzeria Mozza - What should I order?

Basewall Jun 24, 2007 11:00 AM

We got a reservation this week for Pizzeria Mozza and have heard lots of things to order. If we were to order 3 items, what would they be? Thanks.

The garlic bread. Sorry, I loved itmost of all

      The liver stuff

      The Guacinale pizza

I found the squash blossoms greasy

      Go somewhere else for dessert.

I wasn't a big fan of their squash blossoms either. Loved their sausage pizza. Yummy.

        Fried Squash Blossoms
Goat Cheese, Leek and Bacon Pizza (I've tried this one, the Burrata squash blossom one, the mushroom one, the sausage one, and this is the best of those IMO)
        Butterscotch Budino

Honestly, though, everything I've had has been very good. Order what sounds good to you.

the butterscotch pudding is one of the greatest things I've ever eaten. the white bean bruchetta is also really excellent; a simple dish done perfectly.

              listen to me fella...
              sausage fennel pizza
              cod appettizer
caprse salad - best mozzerella ever
and for dessert - skip butterscotch and get carmel desert (sweet and salty at the same time)

The arancine were amazing, as was the sausage, panna, and onion pizza. (We're getting those zucchini blossoms on the next visit.) I'd say the Nancy's chopped salad, too. There's a reason it seems to be on every other table.

I agree - Nancy's chopped salad is great. PLEASE order the butterscotch budino! It left me speechless.
