Steak tartare in Kansas City?

I have a hankering for steak tartare. Does anyone know of a reputable place that serves it? Barring that, are there any butchers you would personally source the beef from? Thanks!

    Capitol Grill has a pretty good steak tartare. Not sure of any butcher shops I would recommend, other than mabye McGonigle's.

        bluestem had an awesom tartare on their lounge menu last time i was in there

          Not sure which restaurants would serve it. If I were to get some beef for tartare I would get it at McGonigles or Bichelmeyer's.
