Pizza Place on Noriega

That's the name. Stopped by for lunch yesterday after reading about it in a magazine. Thin crust pizza only. Good, but too generous on the toppings. The oil from the pepperoni soaked through my "dimitri" slice. The crust on the "greek" was better, but again the ratio of toppings (lots of feta!) to crust was too much for me.

Nice addition to the neighborhood. Would go back again but would need to modify my order to say "light on the toppings."

    Whats their MO?

Do they claim to be NY style? or what?
Do they 'char their crust" what is the texture? ex. crisp and then chewy....enough salt"...does the crust stand on its' own, or is it an afterthought?
    Thanks....
