Turkey sausage with pasta recipe?

I have a craving for a healthy version of a pasta/casserole dish using turkey sausage, chunky tomato sauce, some lowfat cheese, and perhaps a tubed pasta. I'm the kind of "cook" that needs a detailed recipe as I can't just throw together items and make it an edible dinner. I'm also cooking for one, so I can't make anything huge (ie: in a 9X13 dish) because most of it would go to waste. :( Any ideas? I tried Epicurious and Food Network but didn't really find anything.

Please don't let the fact that you're cooking for one deter you from making a recipe that sounds good to you simply because you think it's too much. Most pasta/meat casseroles freeze beautifully. You can pack up the leftovers in single-serving containers and have for several months down the road.

Epicurious and Food Network were logical places to start. Try Googling "turkey sausage casserole" and see what you get. I'm going to do that right now and report back.

What about this baked rigatoni dish?

You can change the typed number of people it serves and it will change the amounts for you automatically.
