Someone posted about this on a healthy snack post a while back. It is apparently nonfat, creamy and delicious. I would love to check it out but have no idea where to find it. Can anyone help? Thanks. Also, what do I do with it?

Fromage blanc came up in this post recently and there are a couple of good ideas on how to use it. http://www.chowhound.com/topics/406395

Whole Foods seems to carry it if you've got one near you. If you want artisanal fromage blanc, you might post a query on your local board.

Good luck!

I don't know where you are but Trader's Point Dairy on the north side of Indianapolis makes it. They distribute thier products in the mid-west mainly in speciality stores and I think I saw some of their stuff in Chicago at Whole Foods.
