Euphemia Haye in Longboat Key

Has anyone been to this restaurant? I'm curious if it lives up to some of the online reviews I've seen.

many many times.... But, my feeling is the best things to eat there is the duck, steaks, and ceasar salad. The rest is just OK.....
Upstairs has a smaller menu, less money, and same kitchen. Deserts look better then they taste. If you want duck, its the best in the country.
