I've been dreaming about trying this since I read about this goodness in the New York Times a couple of months ago....

Anybody stumble onto a Fix of Korean Chix here in Philly???

SOHO at cheltenham and 5th street in olney is the only place besides Mr. Chicken at 69th street. But soho is way better.

Just learned of another place, right across from Soho. It's the kind of place you would never go until someone told you about it. It is called Sports Bar, and looks like a dump from the outside. The downstairs is a bar, and the upstairs is a restaurant/lounge with leather couches instead of booths. The have the most divine Korean fried chicken wings--regular and spicy, which are killer. The prices are similar to Soho--$20 for a bowl of wings. The wings have the most amazing crispy texture and are great with a cold beer. They also have other food, but we've only tried the wings. Some Korean friends told us about the place.
