I can't seem to recall the name now, but if you do a google search for "Mochi San Francisco Japantown" I'm sure you will find the place. As for mochiko you can find that in any grocery store under the Blue Star brand (white box with a blue star in the center). They will even have it at Albertson's and Safeway under the Asian aisle.
