Netty's remodel into Reservoir is underway, but will take several more months.
At the moment the word is that Flor Morena will re-open under same ownership...only somehow different.

Not true - know the owner of flor morena - still shopping for buyer as lack of liquor license has been a snack in previous deals.

Any idea if it is still up for sale and if there is someone I could contact?

Since Netty's is out of business(and will become Reservoir) and Flor Morena was never really in business and has been closed for at least 4-5 months, not sure what the DiveFan info is all about, unless the mods are trying to show us a new feature of the board!

Nah, I'm just pointing out that experienced posters should help the rest of us out by noting a *location*, otherwise this is a private conversation in public! This board covers a huge geographic area.
Normally I only put in a Place link if it's someplace I frequent or may want to visit. Otherwise, I'll someone else do it who cares more :-).
Now that the Place links are posted and are therefore Searchable, they can be edited to change the name at some future date. I'll leave a Silverlake local to do that...
