Suggestions for a Thursday night?

Looking for something to do on a Thursday night. Maybe someplace fun to eat and hang out or somewhere yummy to eat and an "out of the ordinary" event. I get so weary of the "dinner and a movie" evening. Any suggestions???

I've heard of this new 'hip' bowling alley in Dallas called 300 that has food, drink, etc. that I've been curious to try. Maybe someone else has been there...

Have you been to Lone Star Park, it's really fun and the food is not to bad if you sit up stairs in the covered seating area. We take our 6 year old a couple of times a year and it is one of her favorite outings.

Why not go to a wine bar that has good food and a lovely ambience? The kind of place that one lingers, and does not follow with a movie...The Grape or St. Martins are suggestions...Another fun and delicious place to go is Cafe Izmar or Cafe Istanbul... How about that new restaurant that has great reviews, Shinsea? There are many restaurants in Dallas, where the actual dinner is the whole evening....Other favorites are Hibiscus and Hectors on Henderson....
