They do talk about food and what Bourdain does for a living, as well as a pretty cool anecdote about Nigella Lawson. Much of the conversation is about mysteries and mystery writing. It is pretty fascination to see these two guy go at it. Bourdain talks about how his chef experience motivated some of his mystery writing.
