I was told by a friend who walked by there on Saturday that there is indeed a DOH sticker saying it's been closed, along with a note from the owner saying they need to install some plumbing.

hopefully they will take this opportunity to renovate a bit. the bathroom=not good. the rest of the place could be spruced up as well. the food is sooo good, wish the atmosphere matched. that green paint and the lighting does nothing for the place.

La Flor is open and the green paint is gone! We stopped in last evening and had a great meal even though it was a Monday.

wow! good to know. i always felt it needed to be warmer in there....
i wonder how the bathroom is??
i have to say, i love it there, so i always overlooked the decor and plumbing issues...however, a change for the better is always nice!
