ideas for mahi-mahi
I'm planning to serve tabbouleh and a large mache salad as a side. We've been traveling like crazy and can't wait to get back to reasonably healthy eating. Thoughts for how to prepare the mahi-mahi?
Funny you should ask. A couple of nights ago dinner at friends: they made panseared mahi-mahi lightly-coated in a German fine-grain mustard and fresh dill(and salt/pepper). Simple...tasty.
Fish Fillets Dijon are very good...for this recipe, I either cut the butter in half or use olive oil, and panko crumbs can be substituted for fresh bread crumbs...I use this recipe mostly for mahi-mahi....Mahi is also very good in a teryaki marinade and then seared.
