Room for a private party near the water?

Anyone have suggestions for a birthday lunch locale for 20 gals where we can have some privacy and nice views? We need to be within an 60-90 minutes of DC, and I'm hesitant to go for one of those mega crab house places across the Bay Bridge as I've had many an underwhelming holiday buffet at that type of joint. Thanks!

I'm not sure if you can get a private room, but the outside section of Harrison's on Tilghman Island might fit the bill (or even the inside part as well!):

If you're willing to do a chain, there's Chart House in Old Town Alexandria.

Check out the Severn Inn in Arnold, on the Severn River just across from the Naval Academy. Reasonably good food and great views.
