New Restaurants in Sarasota/Siesta Key

I go to Siesta Key and Sarasota area every other year. Haven't been there since 2005. Need to know any good restaurants that have opened in that period of time that are worth going to. Prefer Italian and American BUT seafood joints are good too (as long as they have a children's menu and burgers).

We love Carrabba's and Phillipi's - hope they are still there. Also love Old Salty Dog in Siesta Key and the Village Cafe and Continental Cafe. We will definitely be going back there as we always haunt those places when we visit. Love the British food at Continental Cafe.

Any new restaurants worth it? We don't mind the outskirts too - Nokomis, Bradenton, Venice.
