I'm heading down to Melbourne this week and wondering what's around South Yarra to eat? I don't know my way around Melbourne and open to all cuisines.

Also, if there is anything new and notable around the city any tips would be welcome too.

France Soir is on Toorak Road for very good steak frites -
Sel de La Terre, also on Toorak Road, very classic, well executed, delicious
Ecco, also on Toorak Road, great pizzas and risotti
Gaia, on Avoca Street, great breakfast

In the city, Rockpool was very, very good and new!
