What's best vietnamese

i need best vietnamese restaurant in chinatown or lower east side area. Authentic not like Mai house, Nam or Indochine. More authentic and lower priced.

    Cong Ly is the best Vietnamese in Manhattan, no question.

        i like their pho, much better than any of the other places ive tried in manhattan

        i think their rice dishes and vermicelli dishes are decent, but nothing special

          I agree their pho is the best but unlike Lau I love the bun (vermicelli) dishes, also.
