    In Bolton, no.

Closeby is the Doctor's House. Straight down the 427 at the west end of Toronto is Via Allegro--fantastic place, incredible food and inspiring wine/scotch lists. It's about a 20 minute drive from Bolton.

I don't have any recs for Bolton as I have never been there.

For Toronto, there are a few that I would suggest depending on your budget. For low-end, perhaps 7 West. It is more of a cafe than a restaurant. It is very much a first/second/third-date-getting-to-know-you kind of place. Address is 7 Charles Street West, near Yonge and Bloor, downtown Toronto. For mid-range, perhaps Batifole. It is a French bistro. There are tons of reviews on this board so you can have a look at those. It is close to the Danforth area, east of downtown. For high-end, I would say Splendido or Scaramouche. Both are downtown. Again, tons of reviews on this board for both of them.

If you really want to go all out, I would suggest a weekend getaway. Perhaps to Niagar-on-the-Lake. You can do a winery tour then a dinner at Peller Estates, great food there. Or, spend a weekend at Langdon Hall. Do the whole spa thing. The restaurant there is fantastic as well.
