You can try Frank's Seafood down in Jessup, or at the fish monger in the Broadway Market. I have purchased them at both locations, albeit infrequently.

they used to have frozen ones at Trader Joes

I've seen them at Wegman's in Fairfax a few times but haven't looked recently

I am up in W. MD-but have found them at shop-n-save in frozen seafood- 6 oz bags. Do remember seeing them in Giant a few years back while down in that area.
