Hop Woo, Chinatown

Here's why I think I like this place:

- looks clean
- reasonably authentic Chinese food
- easy parking (1 hr free)
- attentive staff (if no/little English spoken)

I've been here a few times over the years, only at lunch, and have only had their roast duck. Other items look good. Have folks had good experiences, and what else is good? How is it for dinner?

(By the way, it's at 845 N. Broadway, on the west side of the street, across from the Bank of America. Parking in back.)

  1. I don't remember too much of what I get there. I like it, too. It's cheap and easy.

I like the "energy soup" with chunks of ginseng and black chicken...it makes me "energetic"!

    1. One of my favorite places in C-town. I usually get the dumpling and noodle soup. They always put a big ladle in the bowl like I'm going to share it with somebody or something!

      Haven't been there for dinner.
