Cooking Schools near Cuernavaca

Ill be in Cuernavaca for a couple of weeks and then would like to spend a period Sun-Tues (traveling to the location on Sat) in cooking classes. I can leave Cuernavaca but would need to get to Mexico City on the Tuesday night for an early departure on Wed morning. Within those parameters I am pretty wide open to a location I could get to by bus (probably not Oaxaca). I did see the other posting about places near Lake Chapala but I anot sure where that is. I am considering La Villa Bonita in Cuernavaca but I wouldn{t mind going elsewhere, especially as I w ould have a free place to stay in Cuernavaca but would be reqquired to stay at the Villa Bonita{s hotel anyway. Also, they only offer 4 and 7 day classes starting sunday, whereas I could only do 3 days due to my Wednesday departure date.

Any suggestions or experiences are very welcome!
