Ferrari-Carano Cabernet

I tried this for the first time by the glass at a steakhouse since my dining companions were going with cocktails. It was sickly sweet, had no depth, and zero finish. I've had and even loved some Parkerized wines but this went far beyond them. If I had been tasting blind, I might have thought that it came out of the box, or was a zinfandel, and a white one at that.

I had heard decent things about this winery and was considering buying a couple of bottles of the Tresor and/or Siena. Should I even bother with trying the rest of their line?

I haven't been crazy about their Cab either, but I like the Siena a lot. Never had the Tresor.

      I love Siena as well.

The answer to your question is yes. I too was not impressed with the cab. I have had the Siena and would recommended it.

Also try their Fume Blanc, a very reasonably priced SB.
