Best recipe for Bloody Mary mix?

I am having 15 ladies over for brunch weekend after next and was thinking of making my own Bloody Mary mix instead of buying a zillion bottles of premade. (1) is it worth the effort? (2) any favorite recipes you all could share? (also, is there also a recipe for Bloody Mary spice-mix, too?)

I use a combination of tomato juice, celery seed (or salt), fresh ground black pepper, horseradish, fresh squeezed lemon, a few dashes of Worcestershire, and to add a bit more backbone a generous amount of Chipotle tabasco sauce...I usualy let it refrigerate overnight so the ingredients can meld. Clamato also works...especially if served in a large shooter glass with a fresh clam on the bottom...can also use small boiled shrimp
