A friend will be in Japan in a few weeks, staying in the Takadanobaba area of Tokyo. Where can he pick one of these tasty items up?

The main branch of Juchheim in Tokyo is in front of Sendagaya station, on the JR Sobu-sen, four stops from Takadanobaba with a change of trains in Shinjuku.

Juchheim probably has a counter in one or more of the many department stores in Ikebukuro or Shinjuku, but I'm not sure which ones (and those arrangements change all the time).
