I haven't been there in a couple of months but as I recall there's a door on 24th--usually closed--and an entrance right on the corner at Harrison; you go in through a liquor store-deli, make a left turn past the take-out counter, and then you're at the actual butcher shop. I go there for fresh, non-hydrogenated lard (no trans fats) which I use for making confit of duck (it's too strong-flavored for pastry in my opiinion.)
