There used to be a neighborhood index to Counter Intelligence on Chowhound here:

http://www.chowhound.com/writing/gold...

That link no longer works and a search turns up bupkis. Anyone know what happened to that useful resource, or where it can be located?

Happy eating, all!

Jonathan Gold is now with the LA Weekly. His reviews may be accessible on their site.

Yes, but this was a neighborhood index to his book.

There was an old list that can be found here (about 3/4 down the page). It's probably very dated. Not sure if this is what you meant.

        That's it! Thanks a lot.

When (if?) the new search engine is up, I won't have to bother you with this stuff.

That is it. It is dated, but some stuff is still of use.

I might also recommend this link to "Low End Theory's" guide (right up my culinary alley) which lists places by cuisine and neighborhood. Also somewhat dated and certainly not definitive, but can be useful in a pinch.

Speaking of which, does anyone have the inside dope on when/if an updated edition of this classic will be available?
