Salad/Salad Dressing Cookbook?

Nom De Plume Jun 13, 2007 06:36 AM

Having just joined a CSA and now inundated with lettuce and greens, I'm rapidly exhausting my repertoire of salad and dressing ideas. Can anyone recommend a good cookbook to give me some new ideas? Thanks in advance.

Lettuce in Your Kitchen by Chris Schlesinger has some good ideas and you can get it pretty cheap on Amazon.

Thanks for the post--it reminded me of a long-neglected cookbook on my shelf. Greens Glorious Greens by Johnna Albi and Catherine Walthers, 1996, St. Martin Press. Not just salad, but lots of salads. And, lots of other ideas for the green bounty so many of us get from our CSAs.
