        <content>Very dissaponted with some dry pork ribs I had recently.  What's the matter, the Cookshack acting a little tempermental?  Should have gone with the Altosham.  Not as sexy, I know, but a hell of a reliable, albeit expensive machine.  And how about some ribs with some fat on them?  Come on guys (and gals, nod to the brassy and "smokin" chick behind the counter) step it up.  I'll be back soon.  Cheers.</content>
