So I take Mrs. GG to lunch at Landmarc. Never been before but great reviews, recommended by a friend and I figure if Murphy has been invited to replicate the place at Time Warner across from Keller it must be good. The ricotta mozzarella fritters were great with fried zucchini sticks. Mrs. GG's goat cheese profiteroles not bad. Good reasonably priced half bottle of St. Emilion (St. George, I think). Mrs. GG's rock shrimp risotto lacked oomph. My rib eye with butter was pretty good. The mini desserts were good although the nutella eclairs were a misnomer and were more like mini-nutella filled donuts. I get home, open NY Magazine and Adam Platt savages the Time Warner location although I share some of his criticisms even at the original location. Oh well.......
