I don;t know if they will roast it for you on location, but I believe a old filipino coworker of mine had Din Ho roast a whole pig for him once, and although I can't confirm it , it might be worth asking.

I saw whole pig's heads at First Chinese on Sunday. That would lead me to believe that they were roasting whole pigs.

Yes, Rudeboy. Remember our conversation about how I had seen a full pig (with a big red bow no less) come through Din Ho from the kitchen to a waiting truck once?

yes, din ho roasts whole pigs on a regular basis. i'm sure you can get one to go.

why don't you roast your own at the party? get a china box and go to town. it'll be much more dramatic.

There's a local Cordon Bleu trained chef named Kristian Kleck who I've seen do everything from standard Texas barbecue for four hundred to fajitas for 25 at private parties. Everything's always excellent and no details are missed. I know he's done both whole hog and kid goat on this massive pit he has; I think he's your guy. He can be reached at 512.771.4246.
