I was just curious if anyone has eaten at Tatou and if it was any good ??
Per Eater LA, the restaurant only serves Wokcano food (one of the owners owns Wokcano), and I think, only lunch. If you like Wokcano, then it should be fine. Personally I'm not a fan of Wokcano. But if you work/live in the area, and need something like that, it's your ticket.
I went for lunch today. The menu is simple and includes dishes like mongolian beef, kung pao chicken, fried wontons, sweet and sour, and stir fried beef steak with bell pepper. I got the beef steak and SO got the Chinese chicken salad. The food was good. The beef was very tender (no need for a knife) and not chewy. The salad had cranberries, almonds, and romaine lettuce and was service in leaves of iceberg lettuce.
Service was prompt and the decor is P.F. Changs ish. Rice was $1. Paying for rice bothers me.
