      <content>I was so disappointed when I went to a Denver restaurant known for its game and the oysters were the actual tenders off the hip-bone not testicles.  Yup, I'll say it again, I was disappointed that it was a regular piece of meat, albeit a very tender one.

I would also try one of the Brazilian BBQ places, as they tend to serve lots and lots of meat.</content>
