Wine Cellar & Tasing Room - Rio LV

  • 2

Has anyone been? I'm curious about it after seeing the listing on the Rio website. All of Rio's other restaurants have links to menus on the website, but this one remains mysterious. I've done some internet searching but I can't get a good idea of what they offer as far as food.

Do they have dinner? The website says the following about food:

"The Wine Cellar offers a terrific food and wine-pairing menu, featuring flavorful spreads to international cheeses, served with a basket of freshly baked breads. Don't forget to try the wonderful chocolate tasting!"

If they only do appetizers and desserts, my hubby probably won't be into it. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it!

  1. When I went (2 or 3 years ago), there wasn't any real food - just cheese, bread, and chocolate. And the dulcet sounds of the cover band in the main atrium singing what must have been the super-extended/eternity remix of "Superfreak". Good wine though - might be a fun afternoon thing, but definitely not a meal.

    1. No, they do not serve substantial food there.
