Wedding proposal in Rome

I will be with my "future fiance" in Rome on June 16th. I am looking for a romantic restaurant to "pop the question". Hopefully with nice views, great staff, food, wine, etc.
Any ideas? I've heard of Hotell Hassler and Il Convivio. Any feedback?
