simple shrimp dish to accomp peanut noodles

I don't have a grill so I am looking for something simple to do with shrimp to accompany a sesame peanut noodle dish. Any ideas?

My fast adapted version of pepper garlic shrimp.

Pan fry peeled devined shrimp in a little peanut oil, Thai red chili paste, julienned fresh ginger and garlic, flip as they stiffen up. Top with chopped cilantro and chopped red onion.

I like to cook them up in a skillet with olive oil and butter. Use your choice of seasonings, including cayenne (I tend to use Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning), but be sure to finish with lots of fresh lime juice. I had this exact combo for lunch last week.

A simple saute is a great way to cook shrimp....chop some garlic and fresh ginger, saute with some chile flakes until fragrant in oil, then toss in peeled, deveined shrimp and squeeze a half lime over it all. Flip the shrimp over as they go from translucent to opaque...this doesn't take very long. Simple and delicious.
