Sturgeon -- not smoked

It's my birthday soon and I'm hankering for a really great sturgeon dish -- but not smoked sturgeon. Any recommendations of restaurants that might feature this? Thanks!

  1. Many Russian restaurants in Brooklyn have fresh broiled or grilled sturgeon on the menu, usually served with a pomegranate sauce on the side. You might check to see if Primorski has it. Also, the menupages menu for Saul lists:

Columbia River Sturgeon, Spanish chorizo, Bouchot mussels, parslied shellfish broth
    25.00

You might want to verify that this is the current menu before you go to Saul, though.
