Mexican in Portland?

Any good Mexican places in Portland? I like combo platters with lots of enchilada gravy. I like Los Baez, but there food needs to be spicier. I also like the way Baez has cubes of meat in there enchiladas instead of shredded. Thanks.

  1. For what you like, you might enjoy Esparza's for Tex-Mex. Not sure about the cubes, but their food can be spicy and the enhilada sauce should be plentiful. If you're ever in Raleigh Hills, Si Senor in the Fred Meyer lot is a very nice selection that belies its shopping center locale. df, Tac. Nueve, and Nuestra Cuc. are all great and popular, but may all be a little too upscale to give you the enchilada sauce you're looking for.
