Is Maceo vegetarian? I have see a few posts on this board and most of them refer to vegetarian. It is near our hotel but we are not vegetarians. How is their meat, poultry, fish?

I'm not vegetarian, and I dine there every time I'm in Paris. Macéo gets mentioned in the vegetarian threads because they always have an inventive and tasty vegetarian tasting menu offered, along with the meat and fish and etc. And they don't serve vegetarians just a bunch of sides.

I've always been really happy with the food at Macéo.

The 'Green Menu' for vegetarians is part of the whole menu.
You can read the menus online:

Sorry, can tell you about how it is, but usually, vegetarian restos of a certain level tend to have a fine cuisine.

Our dear friend recommended this place on our last trip to Paris. We will hit it again for the vegetarian menu this time and we are not vegetarians.
