Lunch choices

I will be visiting New Orleans (again) over Labor Day weekend, so I am planning for lunch and dinner for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Obviously, there will be no difficulty in figuring out places to go for dinner on Friday and Saturday (the only difficulty will be narrowing down the choices -- thinking of Brigstens, Cuvee, K-Paul, Stella, Pascal's Manale -- any thoughts on the last one?). But it seems that many places aren't open for lunch, and of those that are, the choices are far fewer for lunch on Saturday. Sunday is a different story, with many options for Brunch, and fewer options for dinner. So I was hoping that people could help with recommendations for these harder-to-fill timeslots. I'll be staying in the CBD, but open to anything from the FQ to Uptown. Price isn't really an object, but prefer fun over fussy. Have done Galatoire's friday lunch, and would certainly do it again, but prefer to try as many new places as I can. Also, recommendations for Sunday dinner would be appreciated, as well as Sunday brunch spots that aren't too dressy/formal (hate getting dressed up for a noon meal, especially in the heat -- does Commander's require jacket at lunch?). Thanks!!

CP does not require a jacket a lunch any day.

Commander's did not require a jacket last time I was there- Feb. 07. In fact, I saw some men in nice shorts and polo shirts.
Well, wait- I think that was a Saturday at lunch, and I don't know if it is different on Sunday.

Stella! is a great option for dinner any night of the week. They are open on Sundays.
