Near Pipestone, MN -- on the way from MSP

CHs, I am traveling from Minneapolis to Pipestone, MN for work in about ten days and need recommendations for places between the Cities and Pipestone. I am also interested in places within a 50 mile radius of Pipestone, since I'll be driving around the county for my job (historian) and even into the Souix Falls, South Dakota area. Help?

(As an aside, Jane and Michael Stern have endorsed the Sour Cream and Raisin Pie at Lange's Cafe in Pipestone as awesome. Any opinions?)

In sioux falls go to carnival for there sun brunch. a great place to eat for the price. in flandreau(17miles west of pipestone) there is a big casino. I grew up in that area. There really is not much to do.
