    You could go with:
    Seasoned bean sprouts
    Bean sprout soup
    seafood pancakes
    seasoned spinach
    A shredded daikon side

I have recipes for these if you are interested.

Try an easy Asian-Sesame Cucumber Salad: http://www.chow.com/recipes/10537
or Minted Rice with Tomato and Sprouted Beans: http://www.chow.com/recipes/10109
And while it doesn't have Asian flavors, this grilled corn is always a favorite:

I make an Asian style coleslaw with cabbage, seasoned rice vinegar, fresh grated ginger, and a touch of sesame oil with some sesame seeds added. It's a nice addition to grilled meats, plus any type of BBQ always screams "coleslaw" to me.

I make something similar but the I use: tahini paste, sesame oil + olive oil, lots of lemon juice, garlic & ginger. and sesame seeds. I also add diced cucumber and red pepper to the cabbage. Yum!

Here is a simple but delicious, Asian inspired slaw that is a perfect accompaniment to BBQ or grilled entrees.

I would also include some seasoned rice with the meal.
