    Hey there --

I highly highly recommend the Evert-Fresh produce storage bags (they are green in color and are re-usable) that you can get at Whole Foods or other natural foods places (a gourmet supermarket might carry them too...) They are really incredible at keeping produce fresh -- I depended heavily on them last summer when my garden produced like mad, and they kept greens, veggies like broccoli and zucchini, etc fresh for much much longer than they would have stayed otherwise... Note that you put produce in these bags and then put the bags in the crisper section of your fridge...

Not related to the company, just a fan of a product that really works!

Same concept, but a bit easier to use are the ExtraLife storage disks: http://www.dennisgreenltd.com/ExtraLi...

I used to get them a Wild Oats but they stopped carrying them. I know I have seen them at Whole Foods but last year I was getting them at Bed Bath and Beyond.

They've made a dramatic difference in how long my CSA greens keep. Kale, chard, lettuce- keeps for weeks.
