Help Please - French restaurant around Yonge and College

I need some help coming up with the name of a French restaurant that's located one block west of Yonge around College. I think the street is a one way going north.
Anyone know?
Also wondering if you've been there, is it any good?

Haven't been to Matignon in years. Food was indifferent -- dull menu, overpriced for the quality. They used to hand out a lot of coupons, but in the end even that wasn't enough of an enticement.

I think you might mean Matignon... in small, brick row-house? I have never been (dunno why, it looks like a nice neighbourhood spot), but I used to live in that 'hood and walked by frequently.
