Radamer and other Polish cheeses
I'm learning what to order at the Polish delis in my neighborhood, mostly by pointing, smiling, and taking things home to try. In this way I discovered I love Radamer, a mature cow's milk cheese with a nutty, fruity finish that reminds me of idiazabal.
Can anyone recommend other similarly complex Polish cheeses? I want to be more adventurous, but I don't read Polish (although not for lack of trying)!
