Zidane's use of the word "brilliant" to describe chef Michael Steh aroused my curiosity (and skepticism).

      <content>I agree with you and Zidane that the food I had at Red is excellent, the steak I had is well seasoned and grilled perfectly.  The only thing I would say is the dessert I got there is a bit not up to par.  And it is very reasonable price.</content>
