A great place for my husband's birthday
I'd love to do a "fun" birthday evening for my husband's 35th somewhere in the area ( Lower Westchester/ Greenwich area preferred) A few of the places that I've called will not do a reservation for a large group on a weekend night- for example, Q in Port Chester.
Don't want anything stuffy, but I'd still like it to be nice. I was working off 25-20 people as a rough number.
O.K fellow Chowhounds...any ideas? Thanks!

How about FISH in Port Chester? It definitely has a younger vibe than Kittle House, and when I was there, there was a party of about 20 feasting away. Not to mention the food is superb...

We just had dinner at Belle Havana in Yonkers, right where all the new development is going on...the place was fun, the food was great and the cocktails were fantastic...the mojitos were just as good, if not better, than some of the tastiest I've had in South Beach. If you are looking for fun with a great YOUNG non-Westchester seeming atmosphere, energy and vibe, I would look no further. Crabtree is a very special place, but maybe for a 50th birthday, or even 75th birthday party lol!
