Kimchi ramen at Santouka

I picked up a flyer for next week's sales after shopping at the West L.A. Mitsuwa. Next weekend (specifically the 8th thru 11th) they're celebrating Mitsuwa's/Yaohan's 15-year anniversary there, and they're also having a grand opening for their remodeled bookstore, which will apparently include a cafe now. As part of the celebration, Santouka will be offering kimchi ramen.

I'm curious what is written in the Santouka part of the flyer next to the number 30 in the yellow oval. Hopefully it's readable.
