I spoke with the Roli Roti owner at the San Mateo Farmer's Market last Wednesday and he told me that they are no longer allowed to park at the Milk Pail. He said that Mountain View has a rule where trucks serving food can't be parked more than 15 minutes at a time. He seemed really upset and told me that he had to lay off some workers because of the decrease in revenue. He told me that unhappy patrons should contact the Mountain View city attorney's office to complain.
