Lidia Bastianich's Potato Gnocchi

Would anyone who has access to this recipe mind paraphrasing it here? I've made this gnocchi recipe before and it is great, but unfortunately I don't have access to the cookbook as it is currently at my parents' house. And, I can't seem to find the recipe online. It is from her "Lidia's Italian Table" book. Thanks in advance for your help!

Is this the recipe? I've made it and it's good. The shaping was a little tricky to understand, though.

Yes, I think that is it! Given that it is right there on Epicurious I feel like a total idiot for not finding it myself. Thanks for your help! (I agree the directions are a bit confusing, but they produce a great end result!
